Hey i know we have two shipwrights in the Guild, Doktor and Isto.

I need the best of the best parts for my Decimator , thanks. i got 10 mill so money is not a problem. just talk to me in game or here. i need level 10 parts for almost everything.

Just cause a part is level 10 doesn't mean its better then a part thats level 7 or level 9. You still need to bump its statistics against other parts to see if your putting the best part on your ship.
