So i've been asked to DJ a wedding sunday, and in talking to the future bride and groom about what type of music they would like for the reception. I was told I could just bring my vinyl if I wanted. Now this is all mainly trance and house music; which I did tell them. What do you guys think, should I DJ as I would a party/club, and just play a trancish set? Or still try to mix it up more ina somewhat more typical wedding style?
I ask, since I can tell they aren't really sure what they want, and are more nervous about the wedding than thinking about what type of music eveyone will want.
