Deroga gripped the hilt tightly, squeezing its vibrating metal. He kept his gaze downwards while kneeling over the hunter.
"Do you feel it yet?" Deroga hissed through his teeth. He twisted the hilt slightly, and the energy blade made a dry humming sound as it ripped through the hunter's torso. "Can you feel it, worm?"
The hunter stared up into a pair of glowing green eyes. He groaned with a gurgling echo.
"No-no .. please .. " the hunter breathed heavily as the blazing heat from the Lightsaber began to fry his lungs. He coughed only to release a few droplets of blood onto his shivering lips.
Deroga smiled slightly at the sight of blood. His eyes narrowed as he hissed again. The Dantooinian rain poured over the hooded Deroga, soaking his cloak.
"Scream my name bounty hunter. Scream the name of true death." Deroga began to rise, keeping the Lightsaber in the same position. "Only I can release you from this pain." He twisted the hilt once more.
The hunter screamed out in blood gurgling agony, his voice echoing in the hallow grass plains. Slowly, the hunter reached down to his holster, keeping an eye on the dark torturing figure overhead. Deroga turned his glare to the hunter's holster.
"You want this?" Deroga hissed, looking at the hunter's holstered pistol. "A pitiful fighter, even in death. You deserve no more life. Only now do you realize the power of the Darkside." With a swift snap of his wrist, Deroga whipped his Lightsaber upwards. The blade hummed in stillness infront of his face, as the pouring rain evaporated on contact with the energy. The bounty hunter's head came back down, and landed on the depacitated corpse.
Deroga lowered his gaze from his blade, and watched the cold, wet head roll a few feet. It left no bloody trail from its scorched neck wound. Smoothly, he released his thumb off a shiny red button on his hilt. The blade came to a high hum as the Lightsaber shut off, leaving the damp sound of rain droplets to dominate the area.
"The force ..." Deroga whispered as he turned to walk away. " ... shall free me .."
